Planning for the Esperance Foreshore Festival & Fireworks 2020 is underway! As you can imagine it has been a big decision to continue with the planning of this major community event. The Rotary Club of Esperance Bay is committed to delivering a premier and safe event to the Esperance Community and visitors so things will look a little different this year. The event will be spread along over 1.5km of the Esperance Foreshore from Taylor St to the new jetty. So, save the date because this action-packed event will take place on New Year’s Eve - 31 December 2020.

Event Information
Last year was an epic event and taking on board feedback from 2019, we hope to make 2020 even better. As well as the usual attractions, and of course the magnificent fireworks display, we are planning have some of the trade displays that did not have an opportunity to attend the Esperance Show or Condingup Fair. The day will be filled with activities, market stalls and fun for the whole family. We'll be creating outdoor eatery spaces to compliment the evening’s entertainment.
Stalls, Displays & Food
We’re looking for food vendors, stallholders and trade displays to compliment the event. All businesses and individuals are welcome, and no stall fees apply! However, permits may be required for some vendors/activities. Stalls could include:
  • Food Stalls
  • Arts & Craft
  • Business Displays
  • Trade and Farm Machinery Displays
  • Clothing
  • Condiments or Preserves
  • Baked goods
  • Gifts & Homeware

Community Groups
To make this the best community event possible we are looking for Community Groups who would like to get involved. Get the Community excited about your group or club. Organise an activity at the Esperance Foreshore Festival & Fireworks that is fun and engaging. Not sure if it can be done? Call us to have a chat! We’re looking for inclusive activities like:
  • Beach Volleyball
  • Arts & Craft Activities
  • Drumming
  • Street Performances
  • Buskers
  • Basketball/beatball
  • Zipline/Ropes Course
  • Stall or Display
